It's been a hectic couple of days for me.
Last night I met up with a friend for dinner and a movie. A carb rich Italian dinner was followed by an incredibly expensive trip to the cinema. As we bought our tickets at the Vue in Leicester Square, I felt certain the cashier needed reminding there was only 2 of us.
We saw Pineapple Express, which was really rather good. In fact, I think I would go so far as to say James Franco was awesome.
Then, today I was at Be2camp 2008 which was a great chance to learn more about web 2.0 opportunities for the built environment. The presentations proved incredibly interesting, but I was definitely feeling an information overload by 3pm. As we didn't finish until about 7.30pm, you can imagine how frazzled my brain became.
Tomorrow I will be donning my 'I make the effort to keep fit' head gear (sweat band?) for aerobics and pilates in the morning. I've been doing these classes on Saturay morning for about 18 months now, and I have to say before that I didn't believe it was possible to get into a fitness routine. For me, that is. I can believe it of others. I'm pretty proud of myself, I have to say.
Right, it's time to take off all the week's hats, and stagger off to bed.
Night y'all.
(On my commuter travels today I was mostly watching Spaced, season 1)
